How do you calculate "stone" ? .. Sry I'm not from that part of the world.

i.e 10 stone = 140lbs
20 stone = 280lbs

Must admit you keep me on my toes... your work ethic is second to none, ive said this before but i must say it again.. you are a machine babe!.. best training partner ive ever had! you just keep getting better and better.
P.S. guys!.. she weighs a full stone (14lbs) heavier now than in these pics and only 7%BF.. goal is to drop to 4% for season start in may but without dropping any lean mass.. so we have a bigger meaner suzy b to attack the stage this season.
Yeah suze told me her daily routine a few weeks back and it actually made my jaw drop the amount she manages to fit into one day!!! She made me feel like a lazy good for nothing.... LOL
