goal: 250lbs at 10%bf (naturally) within the next 8 months (going on vacation in 8 months, want to look better)
currently: 240lbs at about 12%bf
diet: i cook 5lbs of steak in AM and eat through out the day. also make 1 bowl of oatmeal and eat for breakfast with some steak daily. drink 1 - 1.5 gallons of water daily. every few days ill drink a protien shake mixed in milk. before bed every night i drink 4 cups of milk and eat 6 tablespoons of peanutbutter.
critique please. hit me with some ideas (that dont involve gear).

Thank u sir, and I can't wait to turn 30 man. Actually just 25 bc I really want to know how my body responds to gear! So by 30 I should have a few cycles under my belt and hopefully I look like ronnie, without that extra melanin lol jk

Thank you sir! I've been playing with weights since i was 9 and lifting serious since 14. Also I have had good diet since 14 so I can usually manipulate my body fairly easily, but this time it's taking a little longer than usual to attain my goals so I figured I'd ask all my buds at eroids for some help! Thank you! I like to know my limits before I find a way around them, and I think everyone should get to there genetic limit before starting any gear

Well done on what you've built naturally, lots could learn from you before they dive into gear. That's a great natural base you've created.

Your diet sounds solid, just make sure you're eating the right carbs along with the beef, brown rice, wholewheat pasta, sweet potatoes etc. I'd try and vary your protein sources as well, fish is great when trimming BF in my experience, lots of guys replace most of their protein with fish before competition.

Yeah I was thinking about throwing in some carbs because I have no energy other than in the mornings when I eat sum oatmeal, and I love pasta so I think I'll make some adjustments! And when I cut I like to replace meat source with chicken and a small ammount of fish. I couldn't eat fish every day lol but when it comes to chicken I can't get enough! Thank you very much sir!
