lol ya you would think but when i say 30 somtimes its 50 or 60 usually front loaded depending on my training and nutrition. When I say I can feel it it means i can feel what its like to feel good var slight headache but slight boost in strength and power not like dbol drol or tern just var no placebo. what lab u running good reputation? I have done quite a few different kinds(labs) of var over the years and defenitly on a few of them i would not even feel it at 50-60mg a day not to mention im not taking anything else but the var to see exactly how my body reacts to it on a lower doce then ill go up to 70-80 max I try not to take allot of orals even var i had a bad nevk neck injury a few years back and was on pain meds for years during recovery and surgeries, bit hard on the liver and kidneys.

Im pretty sure they are a Canadian exclusive lab i know the source is.
