Wow! +1 for sharing this bro. That must've been hell to go through. I agree that u should maintain a TRT dose to remain anabolic and not catabolic...along with taking BCAA daily if u can, Optimum Nutrition makes Liquid BCAA it's pretty good

breakingfaceI read a few of your replies on your previous thread. I understand your concern with losing your progress. However, right now you need to focus on staying positive and healing properly.
Remember EVERYTHING thing happens for a reason. Lots of guys on here, including myself, have had some serious traumas in their lives. Both mind and body. When your in in the middle of it , it can be hard to see anything positive coming from it. Have faith that in a few months or years you'll look back and see how this piece fit into the puzzle of your life.
