BostonMy forearms arent big at all, neither are my bis and triceps. They are just hard and veiny. I do train forearms with biceps. I just do standing behind the back wrist curls and thats it. And every 3rd week i deadlift and row without my straps. They need more size though. I'll be on the bulk this entire year coming up looking to add mass from head to toe. Id like to get on stage by age 30.
If they aren't big that's a pretty good illusion. I do deads myself, but don't do anything specific for forearms...my bad. Keep going and you'll accomplish your goal for sure.

Hell ya! I got genetically good bis small tris. Not soo much veins though. They get poppin on forearms and bis shoulders and little on the abs. I have been sick the last week with upper respritory flu but didnt stop me from the gym or nutrition
but compared to ur before your before pics those veins are POPPIN!
