Udca is way stronger than TUDCA. To much Udca and your system gets to much toxins released from liver. Remember that the methyl group attached to Steroid is causing your liver not to release bile acid which causes the damage and scarring. Udca signals liver to release bile acids which allows liver to heal quicker. To much though and acid reflux, pain in intestines/etc. TUDCA you run everyday because it is precursor to Udca and takes a lot more to produce same affects.
Whew...I use TUDCA, I always thought they were the same just made by diff companies or a small variation in compounds. The TUDCA bottle says 1 pill a day, then I read this and kinda freaked. thanks for the knowledge.

Dude, Zocor 10mg (Simvastatin) take per day while on orals.
My routine on orals(I run orals 1 - 3 months at a time):
Udca 75mg twice a week
Simvistatin 10mg a day
My bloods for ldl/hdl/triglycerides are always normal or close to normal
