Wearing Solar Suits
ad
Wanted to get some opinions on wearing solar suits while working out and doing cardio to burn extra fat by thermogenics. Getting the body to head up causing you to sweat more, making you burn more calories. Is there any cons besides possible dehydration? Will it effect muscle growth?

It's a misstep in logic. Yes burning calories does increase your body temperature, but just increasing your body temperature will not necessarily burn calories.
AnonThis sort of heat does not produce the thermogenic effect that you're looking for. Instead, it prevents evaporation of sweat, which in turn does not cool the blood and the lower core temp. As a result, profuse sweating occurs, which leads to loss of fluids and electrolytes. Both fluids and electrolytes are essential to muscular contractions. Depleting the levels thru water cutting will hinder performance. Decreased performance translates to hindered progress.
Don't let the total weight decrease here mislead you to thinking you're burning fat. You're only losing water brother. You'll get it right back once you eat or drink something.
Killing myself for nothing then lol. Appreciate it brother.
AnonNo doubt bro.
all they do is dehydrate you and make you sweat more. You gain it all back as soon as you drink water.
