Damn that looks good! You should've seen what I ate yesterday, Indian food from a traditional Indian cuisine restaurant. I can't even remember what all the food was called, but ill tell u this, once u try good Indian food it gives u a specific craving that you'll always have for it. It's a lot of potatoes ,vegetables, flat bread, chicken, and even goat meat. I didn't even know one of the dishes was goat meat till after I ate it and tbh it was fucking good lol

Just a little extra virgin olive oil, pan fry low heat about 10 minutes.

NO it's long cook full grain brown rice, I use a rice maker, use 6-7 cups it holds for about 4-5 days before getting hard. Gotta go to one of the small Asian shops these rice makers are Legit.
Anonnice! even better!! i use the minute cups for two main reasons: 1) it has half the carbs and calories than raw rice, and 2) i'm too damn lazy to cook the shit. lol

breakingfaceI once had a chance to lob a few questions at a pro, and his advice was sunday is eat anything day. Regardless of cutting or bulking he eats everything and anything on sundays. Its the best way to keep your metabolism chugging along.
Yeah I dont have a cheat day, but the idea is super tempting, I fear that if I try it then it may become habit, but some can do it, maybe im not ,mentally strong enough
breakingfaceYEP! I had the same feeling when I cut the first few times. However, your body truly adjusts to cutting mentally, so one bad meal doesnt always leave to huge temptations for another. That being said Sunday feast day is risky business for some because it's an entire day of eating whatever you want, which is prob. hard to give up the following day.
I mix it up weekly...I choose my cheat day instead of just having it on ONE certain day. I figured it really would chug the ol' metabolism along by confusing it more, but what do I know...I am NOT a pro. It works for me though...as I usually plan it the day before a grueling workout of the week.
