back shot "Back thickness is alright need to work the definition and just the finer details "rear delts lower lats ect.. What do you guys think?

Lats look real good. Got good size to em. Just do what fast recommended really isolate them in your workouts and practice form and then go big and that's when they will start to really shape. Good job! Lots of ink!

Narrow rows....sit straight and it'll isolate inner lower traps. Blast shrugs...upper traps need heavy work and lits of sets. The traps carry your weight all day so blast them. Gettin traps to Pop will add dimension and thickness. One armed rows. Bent over flies hit rear delts n traps. Tbar rows thicken middle upper traps etc. You've got the wings going so add the middles and it'll just blow ya up

right on bro thanks for the advice, I definately need to add those narrow rows into the routine the standard bent over rows wide grip pulls and lawnmowers are getting stagnant. Appreciate the tips bro.
