cycoDam,you getting leaner,and leaner. Looking good bro. Make sure you are not wasting muscle,can be tricky when droppinh some weight. Throw some ribeye steaks couple times per week. Next time come visit,me i see the sunrise every morning.
Thanks Cyco, overall staying strong and size is similar, last measurement down 1/2" on the Bi's, but the tendon is feeling better everyday and I'm starting to pull harder again! Got more than 6 weeks to put some size back on these arms! Sucks next week I'm in CT, but I like that Gold's Mirrors, I look huge there! LOL ;-P
