Anonthanks bro! genetically, i don't think i'm designed to have a big chest - mine has never stuck out much. back and legs have always been something that i could half ass and still look good. arms for me are mostly triceps. biceps aren't too bad IMO, but my bf is still a bit high, and i have fat deposits near the shoulder above the biceps (genetics - mom has is and so does my bro and sis). drop that body fat and the'll look better

Anonyou know, i love pull ups to start out. even at my heaviest of 230, i could still bang out 10-12 reps on the bar. i don't do them as much. my back routine is fairly simply. 3 sets wide grip pull downs (after warmup) at 4-6 reps, 3 sets seated rows at 4-6 reps, and 3 sets uni-lateral rows with dumbbells at 12-15 reps.
