lookin good bro, how many calories u taking in?
im not sure about that,im eating really health but small portions but about 8 meals a day with a protein shake in between each meal.Today 5lbs chicken breast from 730 am to 1030 pm with egg whites for breakfast and brown rice and mixed veggies throughout the day.
Anonwhat is your height and weight jt?
im 6 foot and about 215 in the am when i wake up.im about 220 when i go to bed.

Thanks big ups to ya bro.You know you the one made me really focused and start this rage in the gym,since then i havent looked back.im now about 215 pounds with 18 inch arms and lifting more than ever.my sets go up very often.i never thought id do 275 for 10 or 315 for 6.im waitin to slide them 4 plates on each side tho.Now thats what i call cyco.
