+ 2 BP HOME MONITOR-everyone using gear must keep monitored

ad

Home bp monitors are NOT expensive and will make uour cycle better and safer. Dehydration alone raises bp to critical as well as hampers your building efforts. You bp spike and hit some heavy leg presses...YOU CAN FLOP AND DIE! It is the silent killer.

I would also recommend donating blood every 56 days, especially for us TRT guys, helps reduce RBC and save a life too!!! Vinegar in my water jugs, about 1/2 cup per gallon has helped lower bp after cycle, crappy eating, etc.....

Especially if your gear raises hematocrit. Lack of hydration raises bp and slows muscle gains
