Crazy looking at this comparison.... The difference is immense in the mass and weight of muscle as opposed fat especially when you see it IN THE FLESH literally.

Nice...also you can use this in understanding physique. Fat resides directly under the skin and is easily visible ,loose, sloppy and can't be shaped. Muscle resides against the bone and provides a superior structure and shape that can be transformed.
