Novice in need of help!

Hey guys, as you can probably tell by the title that i am very new to roids. I want to know what you guys would recommend. I am currently 22yo in Adelaide Australia, been working out for just over a year pretty consistently and just want more results and faster.

This will be the first time taking roids, i want to start off with a 12week course, and the results i want are to get leaner but build more muscle at the same time. i have read a lot of the beginners 101 guides, so i have a decent understanding of how to take it, where to pin, how many times a week, and what exercises i should be doing.

my physique at the moment is fairly chubby as I'm 74kgs and 174cms tall. I'm benching 154.324lbs free weights, and squatting 209.439lbs. My diet is fairly clean, a lot of what i eat are lean meats, veggies and rice. The supplements i am talking at the moment are protein, creatine, jack3d micro, omega 3 tablets and multi vitamins.

I have read a few guides that suggest for first timers to use Sustanon 250, Anavar, Nolvadex, and Clomid but also other guides that suggest that first timers should use a pure testosterone with an anti estrogen so I'm confused.

So what roids would you guys recommend, what supplements should/can i take with it, where would i be able to find a seller that ships to adelaide, and how much it will roughly cost.

Perfect 1st cycle.
Most importantly though, make sure that you eat big when you cycle !
The drugs will only make you grow if you give them the fuel they need to build muscle.
And remember, you can train extra sets or reps if you feel the need to on cycle, you will recover a lot faster especially if you are eating big.

You're too young... is the only response you are going to get here. Read all the stickies in every part of the forums. Follow all strict diets, train hard without overtraining, get plenty of rest and sleep well. Stick around, take the advice to heart, don't fuck yourself up. Learn how to eat. I can almost guarantee you can put on 20-30 pounds of muscle in the next year or so, that is if I got it right, you're about 5'8" 160 pounds? friggin foreigners and kg's.. jk.

You're too young and you've only been training for "just over a year". Come on, what's wrong with hard work? At 22, you've got plenty of natural test to make gains naturally without risking messing yourself up. There's a guy posted recently at 31 with no natural test - YES 31 YEARS OLD. Want to be that guy? READ IT!

You mentioned you're chubby. Diet is what you need, not AAS. Taking steroids when you're overweight will leave you prone to gyno and BP problems.

Wise up young man. You haven't even begun on the path of bodybuilding yet, it's a long path. Get yourself to 200lbs naturally then think about it when you're 25ish.

X2... sides of beef! gallons of milk!... pyramid sets and forced reps!... training partner needed rapid for gains to proceed... also find a good dentist for when you have ground your teeth to dust from doing ultra-heavy full squats!

focus! be aggressive and go fuck that gym up bad.... this is how you grow.
