highest amount of protein in meat

Ive been always on the look out for what kinds of meats have the most protein in them but does anyone have any idea or know of any meat in the whole world that gots just the most or extremely high like over the 45 gram mark?

Alligator. But, although lean has nearly twice the calories as other meats.

3 oz Buffalo = 15.87 gm protein / 190 cal
3 oz salmon = 16.86 gm protein / 121 cal
3 oz pork = 17 gm protein / 169 cal
3 oz horse = 18.19 gm protein / 113 cal
3 oz deer = 19.53 / 134 cal
3 oz chicken = 21 gm protein / 119 cal
3 oz alligator = 46 gm protein / 232 cal

Raw. hair still attached. I just start biting pieces off. I can put down a full grown chimp in about a week.

Tilapia is the highest protein food I could find @ 23g/4oz.

chicken is not the highest in protein but it's fat content is almost nonexistent if you eat skinless.

beef has high protein and fat.

fish is high protein and high fat (good kind of fats though)

turkey is also excellent, very high protein and very low fat.
