Planning A Total Transformation - Diet/Gym/Test/HGH/AAS

ad

Hey guys! I'm new to the forum here, but thought I'd share my journey for other guys that may be in the same boat I'm in.

When I was in my early 20's, like most of us, I was in the best shape of my life. I lived in the gym, and even at that young age I had my diet and routine on total lockdown. I held at approximately 190 lbs, but the amazing thing was I a mere 5% BF. It was my life and obsession to maintain that. Everything that I did, whether it be recreation, transportation or dining out, revolved around keeping my body at that level.

Which brings us to present day. I'm 33, 6'0"/260lbs, and I have completely let my body go over the years. Without going into too much detail, I gave up. My fitness was no longer the centerpiece of my identity or my lifestyle. I became a total slob and a pig. Time for a drastic change.

I've decided to get back into the lifestyle that I loved, but left behind. I'm going all out again.

Diet: Morning: 1/2 dozen egg whites/1 yolk omelet with organic salsa

Mid-Morning: Protein Shake, banana

Noon: Quinoa/black bean salad, almonds or pecans

Afternoon: protein shake, fruit

Dinner: Beans or Fish, with either brown rice, or quinoa

PM: Homemade Green Smoothy w/50g whey protein

Routine: AM: Cardio ED for 30 min, off on Sat/Sun

PM: Gym EOD with groups isolated (Mon. Back/Bi's, Wed. Chest/Tri's, Friday Shoulders/Legs...my legs have never needed much attention, they get out of control!!!) Abs every day for 20 min.

Cycle: Started (Week 2)Test Prop 100/Cyp 100 blend Mon & Thurs, Test Prop 100 other days
Started (Week 2) Norditropin FlexPro HGH, 3 iu Mon-Fri AM/off weekends
Started (Week 2) Sermorelin & GHRP-6, 0.5 on the syringe Mon-Fri PM/off weekends
Running this with Anastrozole oral 0.5 mg EOD, HCG & Mic Ultra injection twice weekly

After week 4 I will begin Tren Acetate 75mg and Winstrol 50mg EOD for 8 weeks.

PCT: HCG & Clomiphene Citrate 100mg ED

I have a ton of work ahead of me but I've been in the zone like this before so I'm confident I'll pull through to the other side. This is not a temporary fix, it's a lifestyle change for the rest of my life.

I'm including a picture of where I am today. These pics are me at 260 lbs, AFTER I'm down from 285 lbs with diet before I started the Test & GH. I'll continue to post results as I go along.

Aside from the fact that you need to hold off on the aas, you need to take baby steps. Whenever someone jumps with two feet in they never last and never achieve any goals. Make one change and a time for at least 2 weeks then add another. Also make short term goals.

Thanks. I had done it on the upload site, but I guess it didn't stay.

What the hell are you doing?! You think AAS is going to do shit for you?? You are using it for a cut, right? What kind of results are you expecting? Fat o melt off and muscle to take it's place? Yeah right!
I said all of that like I did for a reason. I'm not trying to be brash, I'm Trying to get through to a mind clearly already made. The AAS you are using area bad idea for several reasons... With your stats, they could cause a heart attack. Blood pressure will sore. You will have insomnia. If you are really cutting hard, you won't put on much muscle. If you aren't loading on 25+ lbs of muscle, you aren't going to really notice it at your current body fat level. After the cycle you wil have ZERO testosterone, elevated estrogen, etc. those levels cause muscle loss, FAT STORGE, and cause many to lose motivation entirely. Hit that cardio, work that diet, put in the time. If you do it right and then toss in the AAS... You can end up looking like you want. I'm saying all of this with your bet interest in mind. Speak to Viking or look up the guys posts. He will get you places fast without all of the possible dangerous outcomes of this course of action. The bet of luck to you man, I admire that strong desire for change. I had to go through one of these myself once.

Yeah, I definitely considered that. I did do bloodwork prior to the start and was cleared for the Test and GH by a physician. Even with my weight and BF, I never have had a history of high blood pressure or blood sugar issues. And ironically my job has always been pretty physically demanding, so the training, although not the same as work, hasn't been such a shock to my body as one would expect with someone in my shape. I've been carrying around what amounts to an 80 lb sack of bricks 24 hours a day for years, so even though I'm a fatass, my core and frame is somewhat conditioned for this.

Though I am a realist. The test was something I was going to do as long as my bloodwork cleared, but the Tren and Winny may wait until my BF gets to a more manageable point. I have run the Tren for seveal cycles before, but my body was lightyears more conditioned to the load.

Thanks man! I'm on it now!

Honestly I wouldn't be running a cycle until you drop your bf% by a good amount. By the sounds of it, you've already started so down to you how you progress. You're at risk of BP issues and more likely to see gyno problems. You've done we'll to she'd 25lbs already, IMO you need to carry on doing that rather than pinning gear.

I completely agree

i think youre going way overboard man, i dont know your cycle history and if u havent worked out in so long the strength from all those compounds is going to be very hard on your tendons, seriously reconsider this cycle
