Recently received my Helios and something was inside like hair fibre i say, but some others said that gear was crystallized http://www.eroids.com/pics/naps-gear-is-on-the-game-again-but-i-am-confused i heated up but still nothing i don"t think they are crystals from cold weather i live in Greece and the temprature here is 30ºC or 86º F (Fahrenheit) isn't cold enough any thouqhts of what is that shit inside?

you need a hot plate to heat it correctly with a digital thermo....warm it up to 190f if it does not dissolve at this temp add 1/2cc of bb to your bottel stirr it and if it comes clear thats all it needed

I can't comment on what those, 'Floaters', are, but if I've ever had sht in my gear, it NEVER went into my ase or legs, Mate.

Sometimes there isn't enough solvent (BA, EO, etc) to keep the hormone dissolved. If it goes back again, you're likely screwed. Has happened to me with top sources. They will usually replace
Is the ventalation pin in the oil or just above the oil while heating? Try that again with it just above the oil and use a big pin maybe a 18ga to vent while heating.

What exactly did you do for heating? Did you call nappy naps to have new one sent?
