If all things are equal A person on test that works outand diets will lose bf faster than if he wasn't on test.

THE best course of action for fatloss is STILL (and will always be) diet and cardio

I see posts like this and I always get the feeling someone is fishing for a shortcut LOL!

...and YES it is hightly recommended to get BF down before running test as to not agitate or induce certain health risks such as edema and high blood pressure

i wasnt really digging for shortcut.. just wanted to understand why the reason everyone suggests losing bodyfat before a trst cycle if test cycle make you lose fat. it was a little confusing. I have not done any cycles yet and wanted to learn.

I am 30 yrs old, 14% bf weight 83-84kg. I want to do my first cycle and just trying to figure out if i should still wait till i bring it down to about 10% or if 14 is an ok number.

I joined up cuz i wanted advice and wanted to learn more. Was even hoping i would find a metor who would help me.

Not saying YOU were but ppl try and find clever ways to extract info that they realize the board won't condone. Most ppl are generally lazy and seek shortcuts all the time, we see it here everyday

I know what you mean. I dont want shortcuts. I just need guidance. any advice and suggessions welcome.

answer is the same. test is an amazing compound and with the right diet and training you can reach most goals from "cut" to "bulk"... So start researching diet plans and high rep training routines that will fit your goals.

This probably isn't what your wanting to hear, but my guess is that your probably below novice. Some guys on here will lay out compplete programs for you but IMO you would benefit more from digging in and doing some research on your own and come back with a cycle idea, basic diet and training routine and let us help you fine tune it

My routine:
Day 1: shoulders/biceps/30 mins cardio
Day 2:cardio 30 mins (am) legs (pm)
Day 3: abs/cardio 1hr
Day 4: chest/triceps/cardio 30 mins
Day 5: back/rear delts/traps/ cardio 30 mins
Day 6&7 cardio 1 hr

Diet :
Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 3 whole eggs
Meal 2: 50g whey protein
Meal 3: 6 oz chicken breast 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4: 50g whey protein
Meal 5: fish or steak 8 oz with veg and 1 cup brown rice (post workout)
Meal 6: 1 scoop whey 1 scoop casein

Supplements:
Multi vitamin ( optimen)
Omega 3 6 9
Vitamin c
Vitamin d3
Aminos
Bcaa

This is my routine and diet. I probably am a novice or below novice as I've only been training properly for 3 yrs. I am not sure if there is anything I can change. If you have any suggestions please do tell me. Appreciate you takibg the time to reply.

Ok so here is the deal bro, for example a guy who weights 225 do a first time cycle of Test only and loses 20 pounds and looks leaner and bigger, another guys does the same cycle he stands at 175 pounds and gain 25 pounds overall during the cycle, you know what i mean? Diet dictates everything bro. As far as esters, enanthate cypionate give you some water retention, while Propionate give you the less water gain. Hope this helps you a bit brotha

X2 spot on IMO. Run your ass off and look at your diet to loose fat.

Bullhead16's picture

Oh no I didnt mean use a cycle to lose fat before I start another. Just wanted to know your experience of fat loss on a cycle.

Test is a must in every cycle. You need to do way more research and learn how to eat properly because with a question like that I'm sure you don't have a clue.

Bullhead16's picture

The question was based on the recent research that proved testosterone dosage resulted in drastic bodyfat loss. Its not me not having a clue. So you need to get reading my friend before you tell people they don't have a clue.
