Dude. 12 weeks?! KILLERRRRR.
Yea bro just 12 weeks but all committed to it, no cheat days or missing scheduled workouts and cardio sessions; it paid off. Thanks
Thats what I wanna look like..hell yeah! Congrats!
Thanks man, you can do it too just put all you got into it and you will see results.
Now that's some tremendous work! Looks like you had your mental game locked down as well...kudos to your focus and discipline. It paid off.
Hell Yeah! Good Job!!! Alot of people think taking juice and shit is a miracle drug that sculpts your body and you dont have to work hard. While they help, there is no substitute for hard work! These pics are proof that its the hard work and dedication that matter most!
Thanks man,You got it right.I have been this lean before without "extra help" but I had to be 15 punds lighter to get this conditioning. It is a lot of work like you said; I did 12 weeks of dieting, da lot of cardio and weight training. I was doing cardio in the morning, weights in the afternoon and cardio at night three times a week. Twice a week I was doing cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon. Once a week I was doing cardio am and cardio pm (no weights). And once a week I was doing cardio am only (no pm cardio or weights). Eating carbs only around my workouts and eating a lot of protein.
nice bro!

Thanks I am really satisfied with the results, it was fun and I am ready for my next challenge. For my next one I want to be 5 pounds heavier.
Five pounds is a solid and realistic goal. Do you have any plans to compete? You got the prep down.
Bro i tell him to compete all the time, his a good friend of mines but never listens lol
Huge!
Thanks man I was about 176 the last day no so big but I was lean which made me look bigger.
Your chest/shoulders have you looking lots bigger than 176!! Hard hours of sweat sure paid off!
