PCT AND AI ? First Time Cycle!

Hey yall,,,, im 24, im 6'2ish,,weigh abt 215ish, bf is around 14-15%,,, im lookin to start my first cycle ever which i decided to go with a simple 12 week Test C cycle at 500mg a week... But my question to you guys are wat would be a good pct and ai to run, and wen should i start em,,,,, thanks for all ur time, .x)

12.5mg EOD continuing the two weeks between last test shot and PCT
Week 1 PCT 12.5mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 2 PCT 12.5mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 3 PCT 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
Week 4 PCT 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
You may consider running 6.25mg EOD on Weeks 1-4 if you feel 12.5mg is too strong
This will be my next PCT. I am running Armidex right now but I will switch for PCT. Just because Cdaddy says it is a good idea.

Good choice on sticking wit just test only on first cycle!!!
As for ur Post Cycle Therapy, start 2 weeks after last shot for 4 weeks.
AI- i would go with Aromasin since its much easier on the rebound effect which all newbies are "mostly" worried about. imo...
AROMASIN- take aromasin starting at week 3 all the way to your PCT would be good.
Dosage: 12.5mg EOD, 12.5mg ED (if nips start getting sore), 25mg EOD (if still sore), & (if still sore) @ 25mg ED!
Always have letro on hand just incase if ur AI ur using fails n you get lumps.
Your PCT should look like this:
Clomid- 100mg daily weeks 1-2, &
50mg daily weeks 3-4.
Nolvadex- 40mg daily weeks 1-2, & 20mg daily weeks 3-4.
Case you do not know why and what your pct will do for you, this is "basically" what they do for you.
Clomid- Starts up your balls again
Nolva- blocks gyno at nipps
IMO U SHOULD OF POSTED YOUR DIET BEFORE ANYTHING
