Well they are indeed unwrapped but the needle is covered. Basicaly they are sitting in the to safely store a 23 gauge needle. Then I unwrap the one im going to inject myself with, unscrew its 25 gau off and put the 23 on. Then I draw up my oils, and finaly swap needles back so the 25 is goin in my ass and the 23 sits in the box,
