Dbol and Test-E cycle, need advice on what anti estro and pct to use

I will be running a cycle of dianabol 30-40mg/day for 4-5 weeks and test-e 500mg/wk for 10-12 weeks. What I am looking for help/advice on finding out what is a good(and cost effective) anti estrogen and what I should take for post cycle therapy. Please keep in mind I'm on some what of a budget, but I do realize you have to get decent products to do the right trick so as not to lose valued gains. I have not started this cycle and won't till I have everything I need and in order. If you have any advice on what would be beneficial or what I might add for a mass cycle please leave comments or pm me. Thanks.

cdaddy7You need a diet bro...heres on that may work for you..It a lean mass diet with enough caloric restriction to help you drop the bf% down to where your cycle is optimal and you can use this on the cycle itself
Meal1
7 egg whites
3 whole egg
1/2 cup oatmeal
Omega 3 300mg
Meal2
6oz chicken breast
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta
Large green salad
1 tbsp of Italian dressing for flavor
Preworkout
2 scoops whey protein
1/2cup oatmeal or bran
1 cup of 1% milk
1/4 cup of blueberries or strawberries
Post workout
Two 8 oz. chicken breast
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta
A big handful of raw almonds
Meal 5
8 oz boneless skinless chicken or turkey breast
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta
1 cup choice of greens
Meal 6
8 oz salmon or lean beef
2 cups spinach salad with 1 tbsp vinegar and olive oil dressing or italian
Meal 7
60 grams of casein protein for overnight fast
1 tbs almond butter or big handful of raw almonds
Thanks for that layout and taking the time to do it. When I was doing 6 meals are so a long time ago is was somewhat similar but not nearly as extensive.

Thats my diet bro,,, so far down 6 pounds in 30 days, not on gear.
(7:00am)Wake up and do 20-30 min of cardio!
(7:30ish am) Meal1: whey protein shake 2scoops/1 egg/1 ccup oats/1 cup plain non fat yogurt/2tbs cold milled flax seed 1 bananna.
(9ish am) Pre workout Meal2: 3 egg whites 1 whole egg 4-8oz chicken breast 1/2 cup of sweet potatos.
(9:30ish am)WORKOUT
(11:00 am) Post workout Meal 3: whey protein shake 2scoops 1tbs flax seed w/ garden salad!
(1:00 pm) Meal 4 : 4-8oz of ground turkey 1/2 cup brown rice
(Meals 1-4 are all before 2pm)
(3:00 pm) Meal 5: 6oz chicken breast with 1lb brocholli.
(5:00pm) Meal 6: 4-6oz chicken breast with 1/2lb brocholli.
(7:00pm) Meal 7: 8-10oz fish. "Tilapia" 1lb and 1/2lb brocholli.
(10:00 pm) Meal 8: casein shake 2 scoops 30min before bed to fire up the metabolism and feed muscles through the night.

(I switched from 6 meals to 8 meals so this should keep My body burning more and will have less cortisol.)
My supps at the moment that im going to take are a multi vitamin. Fish oil, Milk thistle, Saw Palmetto, Dandelion for supps so i can be completely set, oh n LOTS N LOTS of WATER! (will have 1 cheat day a week)
ANYOTHER supps you reccomend??

OK cool. This is why I figured to put a post on here because of people with the experience. Thanks for the input everyone. I knew for sure I wanted to run the test but didn't want to over do it on my first run.
I'm really not worried about the cost or where to get the gear, sorry I didn't clarify that. I'm mainly looking for what anti estrogen to use cause I've been told 4 different things from other, nolvadex, aromasin etc.
Hold off on the dbol for ur third maybe second cycle,, follow that cycle i laid out for u bro.
This is my first cycle. Stats: 5'9", 210, last I checked body fat percentage was 20 but I've dropped pounds since then. My diet is usually pretty off cause I'm work schedules(3 jobs) this summer but used to keep it pretty clean with eggs 4-8 in the morning with a couple pieces of toast, lunch usually two thick turkey breast sandwiches with some fruit, dinner usually some pastas with steak or chicken breast. I know I have to keep my protein content high, so I usually have a couple shakes throughout the day. I am not planning on even attempting to run a cycle till my work schedule levels out which is soon. I have been told about just running the test e alone, but most of the time I get told to through in the dbol and deca. But I want to find out how my body reacts to each supplement alone so I think I will run the test e alone.
Yes....hold off bro. If food suffers so do you. Also, after a few cycles when bf is low then dbol if ya must. Your bp will skyrocket! Don't wanna see ya stroke out

IF ITS YOUR FIRST CYCLE, DO NOT USE DBOL!,, Only Test E bro,, i take it this is ur first cycle by what ur askin us but plz give us some stats to help u out better.
And as far as the cost and where to get ur gear,, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH LIKE THE REST OF US.
First cycle should look like this bro.
Test E- weeks 1-12 @ 500mg per week split dose, mon/250mg and thur/250mg.
Ai- adex or aromasin-
AROMASIN- Start at week 4 all the way up to PCT! @ 12.5mg EOD, 12.5mg ED (if sore), 25mg EOD (if still sore), & (if still sore) @ 25mg ED!
ADEX- weeks 4-12 @ .25mg EOD,if they get sore @ .25 ED, if still sore @ .50 EOD, still sore @ .50 ED!
Standard PCT- start 15 days after last shot!
Clomid- 100/100/50/50
Nolva- 40/40/20/20
If u go with aromasin u can take it all the way up too pct!
listen bro, if your bf% is too high i would stay on a strict ass diet for 60 days the very least and hit cardio hard!
SO POST UP UR DIET BEFORE YOU EVEN START ANYTHING!
