IS THIS TRUE?? steroids vs all natural question QUIZ/DEBATE
I believe i heard this from the documentary bigger, faster, stronger something on the lines of "if some one works out everyday, has a strict diet, eats properly THEY WILL NEVER get as big as someone on steroids who has the same diet and works out half as much".
THE ABOVE IS DEFINITELY NOT A DIRECT QUOTE
How true can that statement really be? Say 2 people (Identical Twins) with the same genetics, same exact diet, same exact work out, involves themselves in a study. Twin #1 goes to the gym EVERYDAY and works out the exact same routine everyday for 7 days of the week. Twin #1 doesn't use ANY type of steroids, only natural supplements. Twin #2 has the EXACT same routine as his brother, but only goes to the gym 3 days a week, BUT uses steroids.
Keep in mind both men have the exact same
- Genetics
- Diet
- Workout routine
THE ONLY DIFFERENCE is one is on steroids and visits the gym less frequently
MY QUESTION IS THIS. Which twin in the long run, and short run, will be the bigger, faster, twin.

e92obviously. if you dont have sick genetics you can forget about ever looking good naturally, let alone getting big. no matter how hard you diet.
of course the steroid user!!
Its is a hard question In a real world there are those that are genetically easier to gain muscle. Some have horrible genetics and all the juice in the world won't make them look better than the guy that is gifted by god. Natural people sometimes look 10s better than people that cycle. It could be genetics, life style, or lack of knowledge on how to grow. I didn't try steroids until I exhausted every other route, but that is me. Steroids expand your muscle fibers chemically, so the answer to your question is the guy that trains 3 days a week will grow more. But this example is not 1 I recommend. If you are going to use then get all the facts first and get the most of your cycle between diet training and rest.
AnonI remember seeing that shit on that movie too.. The PhD MD doctor said a "guy who drinks, smokes, eats fast food and works out every other day in the gym will be bigger stronger, and faster than a guy with a perfect diet, sleep without steriods". I think he might have been exeraggating(Spelling?), backing up his point of "Steroids Work". That doctor is one of few doctors that back up steriod use, saying there is actually no deaths DIRECTLY related to steriods, indirectly is a differnt story, ie)liver failure, heart disease etc... That documentary is pretty badass.
To answer your question, I def think the twin who is pinning will surpass his twin everytime, IMO anyway
CleyonThat was NOT from Bigger Stronger Faster, that was from the National Geographic documentary on steroids (I'll look up the name)
AnonYup you are correct, but the same doctor is interviewed on both... but said the above statement in the nat geo film.
CleyonYes you're right, it's a stupid statement that I can't believe made it into that documentary. Dr. Fost is a very smart guy, and probably regrets saying what he said. I've read a lot of his writings, and I'm sure he would state that this was a mistake.
AnonWell in his defense, I have said a bunch of shit I regret too, but nothing I ever said went into a movie, so its easy to deny! ha
Science of Steroids? I'm mixing them up possibly.
Bigger, Faster, Stronger
zewiThat's like saying--there are two twins they workout and do the same routine.. But one twin has a clean diet the other doesn't who will look better..
JohnnyBlack...not really... not at all actually two totally different realms
If you are talking his scenario with 2 twins. You are comparing a Ferrari to a Ford. Not in the same ball park. Some guy hits 500mg of test with other compounds every week. And some guy takes creatine and they are going to get the same results? The guy on creatine can train twice as hard for 6 days a week and the guy on steroids half as hard 3 days a week and still surpass him. He might not get the most of his cycle but will still surpass the other guy hands down no question.
user will trump every time.

hell, in this one short term intervention, guys that didn't LIFT (sat on the couch watched TV) and got test injections gained MORE muscle than guys that actually lifted without using. Bhasin is probably currently the most well respected guy in terms of AAS research.
AnonYes completly true, the twin usein will get bigger and stronger faster then natty twin.
The only thing the natty twin can brag about is having bigger balls!
the juicer will definitely over rise the guy who doesn't like needles. the juicer is anabolic 24/7
but who is to say the the twin who is not juicing is not really juicing, he could be, just not telling anyone about it
The guy on gear would be stronger herp derp.. There's been a lot of debate over your born with so many muscles fibers and that's it.. But a few studies I've read up on showed athletes doing gear for several years showed an increase in the amount muscle fibers.. Which goes against everything.. They didn't specify what gear and how much but just that these guys have been juicing for years.. No one can explain why the amount of fibers increased but it happened.. I'll try to find a link in a sec.. pretty good read.
The guy thats on steroids that works out say every other day but works harder will be bigger than the guy who works out everyday that doesnt take roids
JohnnyBlackArnold Arnold? The old Shhhhwarts? oh wait thought that said Danny Davito!
Steroids allow you to stretch yourself beyond the natural ...the one on juice will be bigger in the short and long run. The natty one will be faster, we all know how some of the compounds kill your endurance ;p
jek555tren cough cough cough* ;) lol
JohnnyBlackEven if the juicing twin is only working out say 2 days a week? will the natural twin ever be bigger faster stronger in the short and long run if his identical twin is juicing lol (such a odd topic)
Dude.....be real. Both twins doing exact same workout and exact same food. We get lazy juicers here everyday dont wanna eat right or lift right. It is not a cureall
JohnnyBlack(Sad Face)
lol are you looking for an easy way out
JohnnyBlackpshhh who does that??!
Im tall like Danny devito! Juice me up Scotty!
damm you just made my nose bleed
None of that Vulcan shocker biz bro. I saw that movie clip :/
Haaaaaa
Lmao! I was sponsored all natty some 100yrs ago. Totally diffetent body builds between natty and juiced.
steroids will be more effective, workouts will be more better and has automatic advantage with strength so twin #2
JohnnyBlackThis should get interesting!! :-)
