In your opinions, what stand a alone substance or combined substance helps greatly execrate your fat loss. (of course diet, and cardio are a given)
If you have the time, I'd like to you to give prose and cons to the following.
I'm gonna list a few things. I've tried them before but and couldn't last for various reasons.
And please guys, if you can't actually answer or feel this is pointless to respond to, just don't respond. 1. I search option. 2. I know about diet/cardio. 3. I know the risks. So please guys, its better to not respond at all if you can not help.

I would say the safest one *is human growth hormone for fatloss and repairing muscle or creating new muscle fibers but you need to take a good amount for that pourpose and its a lot of $. but there is a way to get it for free its been a well kept secret but not anymore, its call intermittent *fasting thats all im going to say, dont tell anyone its a secret

How long is your fast in the mornings before you break?
Do you continue it while on cycle?
And no when im on cycle I dont even know what fasting means
When I do intermittent fasting for bulking or for cuttin i keep time off/on the same just adjust calories accordingly, 20 hours off 4 hours on food. Try eating 4000 calories in 4 hours its not hard.
