arms are 17 1/4" trying to get bigger bf% kinda high but all in all this is wer im at so judging me would be greatly appreciated just not to harsh though ok

youd be amazed at how much bigger you will look at a lower BF - especially in the arms. im 5'9" at 190 with around the same size arms (17.5) and currently, at a lower bf, they look tremendously bigger than when i was 205 with 18 inchers and high bf/bloat
looks like all you need is to tune that diet in brother. also, how old are you? some growth would bring it all together

breakingface230 @5'11 makes you a big boy. My advice would be to get a solid cut in. Give yourself an entire cycle (10-14 weeks) to do it. At your current BF you cannot bulk with out risking even more fat. You dont want to be stuck in limbo.
from this side angle i can give one comment, looks like your chest could be lacking a bit.... Ill wait for the other pic to say for sure though
jek555yea chest is lacking but its bigger than it looks i had my upper back popped outward and my chest caved in if u know what i mean but my chest will come back once my tendon heals a little ive been taking a break from chest.
I know what you mean bro I tore the tendons in my chest a couple months ago and I'm just starting to get them growing again, it's much harder this time around though:/ good luck bro
