I've been on here for 1year and 9weeks and I contribute as and when I have the time. Some days I'll spend a couple of hours on here and maybe only offer advice in one thread. I might not come on here for a few weeks then.

There are a number of highly experienced members on here whom I'd rather see giving advice and they do so regularly. Which goes some way to explaining why some people have really high karma points.

I'm never rude or abusive to anyone no matter how deserved it is, frankly I've been on forums since the dawn of the Internet and find it leads nowhere quickly. Mutual respect is a given, if we where talking face to face then we would most likely be polite to one another, unless running a high dose tren cycle then rolling around on the floor trying to bite each other's ears off is a possibility.

I've never questioned the karma, if I spent more time on here posting pictures etc then I'm sure it would be higher, my Karma is 17 so its not really about the time you've been on here but more about the time spent contributing to the forum.

If you wanna earn some karma post some pics and give a well written discription of the pic. Also progress pics showing progress and discription of what SRC or what member helped you with gear or advice. Members love to compare thier guns with other members pics..lol Then you will get friend request ect ect.. I am still a newb when it comes to "proper" AAS usage. I have earned karma, by warning others of my faults in life with diet and fitness ect.. Believe it or not Karma has it advantages. Karma whoring used to go on almost a year ago when I joined, but it got really strict. However, even when I first joined karma was still controlled to some degree. I remember when I first joined. I downvoted somebody because I didnt agree..Well Goth sent me a PM really quik and asked why I downvoted him..Now adays i try to give karma, especially when a new member does not get pissed about criticism and replies in a respectfull way.

Also, even though im still learning. I still know some things that other members dont and when I feel I can help out. I will and I will also post a link or something to back up my advice.

What women are you talking about.?.Post thier username. The several women we have here are pretty damn knowlegable about what thier doin. Im shure they earned every damn point they have. Have you even been to the ladies forums? Do, you understand how much harder a women has to work to put on muscle. I worship our muscle bound women and hold much much respect for thier progress pics and what they have worked so hard to achieve..nuff said

Maybe nobody likes you? j/k seroiusly you gotta reach out to people if you want them to be your friend you cant just wait for people to come to you. all I can say is post more and make it somethin cool or informative, and post pics. People are kind of giving w/ karma when you show progress through pics. Then it's not just lip service, they can see what ur talkin about.

Karma can be frustrating to some, it was important to me at first. But I have been a member for a year now. Sometimes not as active as I want to be due to as I say just life getting in the way. In this year I have helped members with putting together cycles,diets,getting them past an injury, just bsing like old buddies,and most important stopping the new members from making horrible decisions. A simple "thank you" is more rewarding than any karma.There are guys with twice the karma as me that have been here half as long with a quarter of my knowledge, but that doesn't matter what matters is how I can help. That is your own personal karma that no one not even the mods can take away from you my friend. FR sent

Karma is givin with the advice you give, so if your not giving advice, GOOD advice you get no karma. As for friends, i hardly add people but i have plenty of friends on here. I will add anybody that FR me, i will answer any of there questions and help them in any way i can. So you not having friends imho is your fault, your not adding people that you think would be good to have as friends if you ever needed to PM them some questions.....

From everyone who really try to help around here. I don't care about the karma points at all. Yeah sometimes I wish I could give points to someone for helping me but I can't but I sure I will soon at some point. So don't worry about the karma points, use this site as a resource and achieve the goals u have set! We are all here to help each other.

I've managed to get 10 by just reviewing sites! you should try that although I don't care about karma, I just view the information here and review the uk sites

I only had a karma of 5 at the start of january this year! i started to get involved with the community and began offering advice on cycles,diet,workout routines etc,i now have nearly 300 friends and look what happened!

My advice to you here would be to start posting informative stuff about things the whole community can glean from... i.e secret diet things that you have used and proven they work,or a super routine that can that put 2in on upper arms in 4wks!! stuff like that that will draw peoples attention to YOU and YOUR brand of knowledge! i see from your profile you have done 4 posts in the time you have been here NO pics NO product reviews,you get one point just posting pics or gear pics thought you may like to know this! it all helps if karma is needed badly.
