I think that UDCA or TUDCA work much better for oral steroids. You just have to find the dose that's right for you by doing bloods.

TheBigGuns i was doing 2 Liv-52 and 1 Milk Thistle but i always wonderd if thats overloading the liver? SILYMARIN sounds prety good im always up to try something new and yes fish oil is a plus nature made.
No Himalaya "LiverCare" is dosed as the India version, the only difference is that the American version is caps. Plus if you go to Amazon.com you can get the India version between 1-6 cents, you may also check out Ebay but I am sure the shipping for both sites is high.
For me 3X Daily if I do orals or not. I buy the American version "LiverCare" it costs about $20.00 but it is Insurance for your Liver.
Do 2 Liv-52 a day, one am, one pm, just like you are doing. Instead of Milk Thistle get SILYMARIN. Its cheap, only one pill a day = 2x 300mg, and with 100 in a bottle its only $15. Less pills when cost efficient = better. Plus, 6mg fish oil/day rocks to aid with body fat reduction, vs 4mg/day.
2+2/day of the little red pills for me and my latest blood work still showed my liver in perfect working condition.
