First cycle advice

I am 30 yrs old
189lbs at 17% body fat

I have been workout 5 days a week and have a very clean diet...

I am thinking test e at 600 a week...

Just to see how it reacts with my body ... Please advice..
Do I still need to do a pct with this...
Im getting some nolva just incase of gyno...

Anything else I need to know or do... Please help...

My diet at the moment

Meal 1 : 5 egg whites 1 whole egg and half a cup oats measured dry cooked with water
Meal 2: 8oz chicken breast and half cup white rice
Meal 3: 8 oz chicken breast and half cup white rice
Meal 4: 4 oz yam and 5 egg whites
Meal 5: 8oz tilapia and 1 cup broccoli
Meal 6: 1 scoop whey and 1 scoop cassein shake

That's my daily diet.. I am currently trying to cut my body fat down to around 12%

My training is as follows
Monday : back/rear delts/traps/abs
Tuesday: chest/triceps/calves
Wednesday off
Thursday: shoulders/biceps/abs
Friday : back and forearm
Saturday: legs/abs

This is how I split my workouts everyday.. Plus I also include 20 mins cardio every morning with this...

What are your stats? Diet, experience, goals or want to achieve? Are you running any AI's or SERMS during the cycle and how long are you planning your first cycle to be? Right off the bat your BF seems a little high depending on what you want to achieve in this cycle. I see you have nolva listed above but do you know what the difference is between a SERM (which is nolva) and an AI which is totally different? PCT should always be planned for at this age. If you were 22 you might get away without it for your first cycle but you do not know what your blood levels are to make an educated decision on that. You also have not mentioned blood work which indicates poor planning on your part. I am not trying to bust your balls I am trying to open your eyes here brother. You really need more homework to be safe at this game and especially if you want legit help on this site. To get you started I would recommend the following steps.
1) Ask yourself what you want to achieve with this cycle and how long it will be.
2) What is your full diet plan for the whole cycle?
3) What compound are you going to run and what are the possible side affects?
4) What is a full PCT and what does it do to your body at specific times?
5) What is Gyno and what types are there and what AI's/SERMS do you run for which?
6) What blood panels are relevant and why should you get them and how many should you get at what times?
7) Do you have all the supplements, gear, PCT and protection from gyno on hand before the start of your cycle?

I would start in the newbie lounge and read the gurus post on beginners cycle. Viking has several good posts as do Tread and Goth. I have given you no real answers as you have noticed but have given you plenty to think about. Good Luck brother!

This is all good mate. Reserch ai (aromatisation inhibitors), pct and esters etc. You will answer your initial questions. Then come back and throw it all at us again. We can then make sure it's all tip top before you start.
The more you read up before you start the less silly mistakes you will make in your first few cycles:)

Been on this for 8 weeks now... Was on around 30% bf when I started and now at 17% bf

I'm really not trying to be a smartass but if you read a few "first cycle" posts (some likely on page 1), you'll see all the critiquing and advice from the senior members you'll need. Describe your clean diet (an example of what you'll eat throughout the day). What are your goals exactly? What about your training, do you train for bulk, cut, strength? All relevant.
