Sorry about the pics, i dont have anyone to take em for me. I recently did a Test P and NPP cycle and lost some bf and gained 15 pounds. Im now two weeks into PCT and held onto 12 of them. This was an 8 week cycle. Tell me if you see some problem areas or lacking body parts.
Test prop at 400mg a week

Your looking lean and mean. Keep up the great work. Since you asked, adding a lot more size to your lats would set off your physique. I would also add some size to your chest, arms and maybe a bit more on the traps.

good proportion, i wouldnt say it NEEDS improvement but maybe hit the chest up a lil bit add some thickness. first thing i saw were your shoulders, they are looking good bro. overall very good!

breakingfaceYour in good condition. My advice is to finish pct+time off and plan a major bulk. Long esters, dbol, heavy compounds movements, and a major calorie surplus. Your proportions aren't bad, but you could use some overall size.
My next cycle will be a 16 week Test E cycle. I don't really want to be bulky. I want to put on as much size
as I can without going above 10% bf. I'm 5'10 180

Why not a simple dry 12wk cycle? Longet is harder on system. Especially if worried about bf....bf is diet.
