A year ago I was laid off from a job I loved. At that time I had long forgotten about bodybuilding and the many benefits it provided. I fell into a pit of self loathing, drinking, falling down drunk dislocating my shoulder, taking pain meds, not sleeping, and eating garbage. I was lost.

After 6+ months of self destruction I found myself with free access to a hole in the ground gym. My starting weight was a skinny fat 5'10 160. I was able to get my life back 1lb at a time. Im now sitting at 5'10 180 and there's no limits to how far Im going.

Ive had an on again off again relationship with this sport til now. It's an outlet, its a reason to wake up when I was unemployed, it's a reason to treat your body with the respect it deserves, and it's the psychical manifestation of how you feel (strong).

Great size and definition with your arms, shoulders, and delts! Keep kick'in a$$ with your training and use this time while you are not working to focus on your physique. This is exactly what I did in 2009 when I was out of work.
