Creating a surf monster with gear

Whats up guys? Does anyone have a cycle they like for sports like surfing or snowboarding? Any good workouts? I'm assuming core...blah blah blah..Looking for specific exercises or experiences. This is my first post, don't torch me too bad.

Also, for me it was pure test prop and NPP and lots of cardio for cutting down your size. Mega shedded, but bloody fit!! Others combind a base of test of some sort, T3, clenbubuterol to cut down body fat but remain super fit.
I used for base jumping!
Climbing some of those fricken mountains with all your gear was very tiresome, chute, helemet, cam, wingsuit, etc. Then you jumped straight away. (No time for dragging camping equipment up and waiting for the right winds, could be days or weeks) BUT, Unlesss you were sponsored and choppered in to the top, different story.
Also, when jumping some of the really nasty could die if .1mm out hardcore stuff you will find most dudes take benzo's like Xanax to relax a bit before a jump. I believe this to be the same with big wave surfing as well.
I love surfing bro. The only issue I went from 180 to 215 and the board i was use to riding wasnt cutting it any more. Im on the eastcoast so our waves arent amazing. Im now going with a longer board. As far as workouts, I do alot of core, back and shoulders. When the last hurricane hit the east coast last year my shoulders were my weak link trying to paddle out. My bigger size has affected me but I will never give up surfing.
