Help with weight loss decisions
ad
Looking for clen advice: stacks, T3/t4, clen muscle loss, anything.
I am a 31 year old disabled veteran in need of a weight loss advice. When I was injured in Iraq I was 6' 180+ lbs (25 years old probably 11% bf).
The scale had me at 240 a few weeks before my surgery. I pushed myself regardless of pain, since I had pending surgery and got it to 212 (20%+ bf, disgusting). I am looking to get cleared for exercise in a few weeks and start slow with cardio again.
I have a decent amount of cycles under my belt from college. I am looking to get my bf below 12% and then do a cycle (when healthy).

Brother do a very clean diet first and leave the rest for when you absolutely cant get the little bet off.A restricted calorie diet will do wonders for you.Keep the foods very clean and have veggies with it and you will be amazed.
Good luck
Hey my man , theres nothing like healthy food. Veggies , meat and water and fruit. if your bf isnt in check neither is your diet. personally i like an eca stack better/safer than anything your thinkin of. DIET is the hardest thing by far in our world. And the best thing for you by far. good luck brother.
I agree, the diet can be the hardest to fix, you have to k.ow when your apt to eat garbage and replace that with something healthy. I used to have a bit of trouble with using the vending machine at work, I replaced that fix with plain almonds. You can get by on very little carbs by upping your healthy fats. I would challenge you to lower your carbs and get rid of the sugar based carbs. I try to stay with low glycemic carbs. Don't be afraid to try classes offered at your gym.
