im not gunna take credit for it. just got it out of mens health. but its fucking fantastic. im a big fan of greek yogurt in the first place. tons of protein. but this was great. mix in:
1 cup greek yogurt
juice of half lemon
splash of white vinegar
recepe called for roasted garlic but i subbed with garlic powder
some chives

and presto. you have a sick as sauce/dip/whatever. i just used it to top of a chicken sishkabob. banging. never been so exited to have white sauce in my mouth (no homo )
