Protein Bars?

ad

I hope all the eroids ladies are doing fabulous. Have a question for you gals, my wife is looking for protein bars (which I'm stoked about cause this means she's finally trying to wrap her head around building muscle and not just being a cardio monster). It needs to be something light as she is still having a tough time with the idea that you can eat more and still lose bf% and I know if it's heavy enough she'll try to use it as a meal replacement. I'm hoping that this will be added to her morning snack(you notice I don't call it breakfast because it usually is just a banana and peanut butter but this too is an improvement). So what are your suggestions ladies, I'm all ears? Thanks in advance.

Go for Quest Bars....they are packed w/ protein, net carbs are low (loaded with fiber) and fat in minimal....flavors are amazing too!!!!

I like the detour and colossal brands myself...but read the labels because some of the are extremely high in sugar...and most any protein bars are high in fat. I only eat them on an absolute have to basis...I stick to solid food meals. 6 meals a day. Keep encouraging her to eat more often. Im a woman that used to weigh 210 pounds and now I'm in the upper 120s all thanks to proper diet and exercise. It works Smile

cliff bars has a good protein bar that I like to use when I am traveling. I buy a whole box of them and stuff them into my suitcase. They come in different flavors, but my favorite is the mint chocolate one.
