Starting pct now.
Surprisingly dont look much different on pictures, but probably biggest noticeable size was on neck and shoulders.
Went from 161lbs to 192.
Ran 500Mg of test for 5 Weeks then bumped it up to 600for the remaining 7

Acne hit me hard at like week 7,.i usually have a read chest because of sensitive skin, but it is actuallu acne for once.
I did heavy Romanian deadlifts for first 6 Weeks but i realized it was still too much of load even on gear.
So deadlifts and lat pulldowns where my main back workouts at first. Then i lighten the load, and close grip pulldowns became my primary, along with lat pulldowns.
But by far heavy Romanian deadliftd are my staple back workout
