According to your personal experience, what's the best type of Creatine? or this is just more hype made by the supplement market to make more money?

skalpaive tried pretty much every type of creatine out there. personally i like the mono/chelate types. the best for size and strength is a blend of mono, chelate, phosphate, ethlester, krealkalyn ect. the best lean creatine on the market today, that wont bloat you up is creatine nitrate. bodyfuese' Cre-8 is a good example.
Recently been using Green Magnitude, best I've used personally. Previously used MetRX and Gaspari products.
ive used it to, do you get a bit of bloating with it? ive noticed while off it i lift my normal weight and when on it, i can sometimes get more out, maybe a placbo effect but it helps alot.

I have found so many different comments about hydrochlorid & monohydrate that don't even make sense to do more "research" some says you absorb more from hydro some says it's just a waste of money, i wanna heard people experience using such compounds. Have you tried both?

The performance of CH is in all relevant categories (strength building, recovery after workout and between sets, endurance during strenuous exertion, and side effects) is far superior to CM. Scientists have studied this molecule at length since synthesizing it back in early 2003 (it was actually made by mistake when they were synthesizing creatine ethyl ester hydrochloride for MRI's CE2... erred on a batch and CH is what was ended up with). In the categories of molecular stability, solubility, and plasma uptake into the bloodstream, Creatine Hydrochloride far exceeds CM in desired properties. For one, you don't need to load CH. And no cycling on and off is required. And no certain things to be concerned about with CH in terms of "destroying" it's effects because it is remarkably stable! Kre-Alkalyn is just CM powder that has been blended with a buffering powder. But once in the gut where the stomach acid neutralizes any buffer, all you are left with is CM with it's traditional properties. If you are taking an effective creatine, you don't need to add another creatine. Creatine ethly ester hydrochloride (CEE) is a compound that typically is synthesized by reacting creatine monohydrate (CM), in a solution / slurry with ethanol, in the presence of an acid catalyst. This process removes hydrate from the creatine molecule and conjugates the creatine molecule with an ethyl ester molecule derived from the alcohol medium. This change in molecular structure aids in bioavailability and solubility (thereby, potency) in a range of 11x vs CM. CEE is a fine talc-like powder with low particle density and a very bitter taste. ON THE OTHER HAND, creatine hydrochloride (CH) has no ethyl ester conjugation and therefore retains a creatine salt characteristic, albeit profoundly more bio available and soluble (thereby, greater potency). Unlike CEE or CM, pure CHydro has a crystal-salt-like appearance with high particle density and a very tart taste. It's different molecular structure results in a 59x improvement in solubility (potential for uptake into the blood). It's structure and solubility makes CH exceptionally symbiotic with the G.I. tract and the body's affinity for absorbing aqueous-soluble nutrients (i.e. if things aren't in solution, they won't get into your bloodstream). It was a discovery and the scientists were surprised at the molecule's properties but as it was studied over a number of years, it made sense why it performed so well. -- Creatine, even fragile ones like CEE, are VERY stable in low pH. It's when pH's are closer to neutral that some, like CM and CEE, convert to creatinine. Pure CH though, is very stable at low or neutral or high pH and has virtually no conversion to creatinine. Creatine doesn't cause water retention, CM causes water retention...and really water/fluid "re-distribution" and the body struggles to deal with and excrete the overload amounts of CM and other poorly soluble creatines that are necessary to get "some" of the compound into the bloodstream. CEE isn't junk either. Actually it has excellent science behind it and it is more soluble than CM or the others, just not as soluble and bio-available as CH.
To summarize. Creatine Hydrochloride is by far the best of the best, it has the best science behind it. Anyone who tells you different, is someone who either hasn't researched it, tried it, OR is just a fucking moron... There are lots & lots of morons who don't read good, around here lately : (
I agree with you 100%! I have both CM and CH and love the fact that there isn't a need to preload CH. I personally like CH much better and now have some more information from you as to why. Excellent post!

That has creatine in it aswell as protein powder. So im on creatine on cycle . But only cuz alot of supps have,it in it
