can honestly say i have never felt pain like dry socket in my life ,its 10 x worse than a pulping tooth abcess and i thought that an abcess was as bad as it could get ,i was wrong lol...
Dry socket hurts like hell, I had it when my widom teeth were removed non stop throbbing pain:(

Seriously though. Glad you're back on your feet. I had a wisdom tooth removed that went bad and my nerves in my cheek were messed up. I had "slack jaw" for real and it sucked. They didn't know if it would be permanent or temporary. Luckily it was temporary.

yeah man the pain was very bad but the gauzes have stayed in place for now takeing the edge of the pain but still very sore and cant eat solids for atleast a week :-(
