Hi everyone just a couple of long range pics from my comp,will post some better ones when the professionaly taken ones arrive.

Also a couple of the trophy i won!!

Guess what guys i got a 1st place win YIPPEE! staying on diet now for another one in 3wks hopefully i will be even more ripped for that one! thanks to everyone that as been with me on this journey and for all the best wishes.

It's my pleasure to support people in their bodybuilding ventures. I thankyou for your wishes as I have a go at putting the posing trunks on again. Just think how great a sport this is now. Just imagine how much better it could be if we all helped each other out and left our ego's at the door. It would be nothing short of amazing. Thanks TB i was thinking about what you said about blood flow when i went up on stage,after the first few minutes i was cool and loved every minute looking forwards to the next one now with a different focus now i know how it all works back stage,thanks for the tips they for sure helped me Smile
