Weird help please
Yoo eroids, so doing my first cycle test e 500mg. Its week 8 1/2 and weight/strength is up significantly. Heres my problem during weeks 2-3 my arms suddenly jumped 1 inch. And since then so in 5 weeks iv gained 13lbs but arms are same size and iunno i just dnt think it looks like iv gained alot of muscle. Seems like out of the 26lbs 18 is water 2 fat and 6 muscle, random estimates haha. I read treads info on estrogen and test, so i thought that could be my issue,started adex .25 eod, and proviron 50mg. Might extend cycle another 2 weeks to a 14 weeker if this resolves my issue if not ill wrap up at 12 weeks. Diet/training is on point as i compete in small local comps. Just dnt have much aas expierence.btw strength jumped 20-30lbs first couple weeks now around 3 reps per excercise each week.
Stats: 26yo, 5"8, 214lbs, 12%bf.

TrenfiendI personally did that and it did nothing for me. I found doing two workouts a week following bigger muscle groups for arms with about two exercises for each put more size on in the past 6 months than the past few years.
jasonhmy first cycle i put on 10lbs,(i was 38 and at genetic max) everywere i went people commented on how big id gotten and asked me if i was on steriods.if id put on 20-30 lbs think they would of had a intervention on me, point is that is a huge muscle gain so end cycle on time and do a good pct and try and keep as much as you can, your still young try to get to your genetic max before next cycle gains wont be as extreme but will have better quality
tread-mNice post. People often forget entirely about recomp and actual "net gain". If you lost 10 lbs of fat and gained 12 lbs of muscle and recomped you actually gaine 12 net lbs for our purposes. They just look at that scale number. Take that scale and put it out back in your fire pit and cook some fing smores with it...low carb carckers and sugar free chocolate and punt the marshmellow into the neighbors yard , Fugg'em! Assholes never mow their grass anyway!
hey dude, i have seen it a thousand times before. dont extend your 1st cycle even longer then planned just because you feel great.
watch those late night carbs and sodium. it might explain the xtra lbs.
tread-mYeah brother I think expectation has been ran way took high over the years. We see a lot of people with 30 lbs of gain in a cycle and then somehow we get that number in our head and it kind of becomes a gauge. It should not be, if I gained even 20 lbs a cycle or 5 I would weigh around 1000 lbs or more...lol if you end up with 6-10 lbs of actual quality that are keepable lean mass and you continue the diet to maintain that as you roll to next cycle I say you were a success. Much bigger success than the guy who ate everything he could get his hands on, had no carb work in the cycle and gained much more. Its not nearly as easy for him to keep the quality given the negative side is so taxing on you post cycle. If you feel you are doing everything right in diet reconfirm that every cycle and every off cycle. Your need as to caloric intake will change over time, your metabolic rate will change over time and you effective carb work will have to change over time. these changes tell me to be open minded on diet. If everything is dialed in according to your thoughts and the achievement has slowed, do as you say and put estro in check for sure and increase the protein intake from a caloric standpoint with more lean meat. You have to be ever evolving and willing to change because the body and brain begin to figure out your patterns and they become less effective. So "confusion" has to be more than a part of your trai ning. It has to be a part of your diet, your training and everything related to compounds. Confuse the body and brain and get past the plateau's that each of them are capable of doing.

BenchanitorI couldnt agree more, when i first got into this i had the mindset i was gonna be jay cutler in 2 weeks lol. aas are just a small side note that will aid u if diet and training are on point. Bro what do u think is going on with the arm thing, and howlong till i notice reduce bloat and effects of proviron? I was eating low sodium from day 1.
tread-mWell in addition just drill water down more than norm for 48 hrs here. If the water is not peeling off in a few days you can always grab some water pills at wally world and hit those for a couple days, will peel it pretty quick. Arms for some of us, I'm one, are the hardest part to build, genetics want my arms lean and under 18. I battle the hell out of it to keep them higher so you may be like me in that you have to put in the time and its the slowest growth you have. Pump them full with medium weight for a few sets then go to the heavy lifting for the workout closing with some lighter weight to pump them over the top full to failure..helps to some degree for me but still fighting genes.

don't know how to answer your prob but usually I dont see gains til around 6 weeks on e. it really doesn't kick in til week 3 or 4. I start seeing size gains around 6. but if u don't watch your sodium intake your going to have allot of water weight.
