so i pin prop eod this cycle. i rotate between my 2 shoulders and my pecs. which is more than enough places to rotate between pinning eod. ive pinned my glutes a few times, but i really dont like it. pip was horrible. ive yet to try my quads, but ive read horror stories about not being able to walk. and thats a big issue for my work. im on my feet carrying heavy shit all day. im pretty much out of body parts that i could rwach. anything else, someone would have to pin me.
my question is, whats the minimum amount of days one would have to wait before hitting the same spot? id really like to pin ed my next cycle.

I cant stress enough how much heating the oil up b4 injection cuts back on PIP, some oils are worse than others but I do have friends that act like complete pussys(excuse my french) when they get PIP and being that I am the one doing their injections they wont do theyre injections unless theyve been heated up. I usually use a 6 point rotation when im running prop to avoid complications. Rotations usually include delt, glute, thigh, thigh, glute, delt so on so on
What's the best way to heat the oils? Does it break the oil down at all?
in the pin with a hair dryer. Just rotate the pin in your hand while hitting it with dryer.

I pin my quads everyday, usually no PIP, I have about a foot long area on eat that I rotate on. Top to bottom, never around the same location. I have not had any issues so far, when there is a little lump or knot I will work it out a little.

Straight prop in the quad can leave a donkeypunch bro but cutting with another compound can lessen it. I hit myself in the quad last night with 1prop/1npp and barely notice this morning (used 25g)
As previously stated he glutes and quads can hold more oil
You could also cut ur prop with oil and heat the syringe to lessen pip
Tru that. Heating does help. To be honest anytime u are aproaching 3 cc of liquid ...theres just usually gonna be some discomfort.
Glutes for the win.Quads second... even though i agree a lot of pip.
Don't inject your deltoid with any more than 1cc...the muscle is to small to absorb the fluid compared to your hips/ glutes. Google the ventrogluteal injection site...its safer than the glutes and recent studies and info I have read in my nursing publications state the ventrogluteal site is most desired instead of the glute. Less chance of hitting and damaging the siatic nerve. For pip...after you inject the muscle massage the fluid in. It helps decrease pain and the muscle will absorb the fluid much better with massage too.
Glutes and quads are the favs due to the amount you can put in one shot. Delts tend to bleed and leak on me, bis/tris I am extra careful with the injection volume. I have yet to muster the courage for pecs.
I used to hate quad injections but they are now my #1 choice (knots/lumps on the glutes cause too many questions from the missus)
dbolzPecs are nothing mate just backload a 27g slin pin and pin say 0.5ml for your first shot. Worst thing that can happen is to hit a nerve. Stick to the right pec till you are used to them. Also one of the few areas where you can use both your hands same as quads. Sometimes though if you have a bad shot the pip can go all the way down to your armpit, so best hit a painless long ester pharma amp to try it out. Also due to the density of the muscle you might have to push the needle hard for it to sink so dont be scared if you feel like you hit a wall its just dense muscle tissue.

You only know if you try... i have no problems with quads, glutes and shoulders... i like shoulders for short esters (less oil, more frequent) and glutes for longer esters (more oil, less frequent).
I suggest NOT hitting your quads at all if you are in need of your legs. For some reason no matter the size of the needle or how little oil I put in my quads, it is THEE WORST PIP!!! Like dbolz says get a longer needle and try the cheeks again. Funny how different our muscles are between each person, my delts handle it really well. yeah, good site. thats where i got the chest idea. i was so scared first time i hit it, but no pip at all. like i said though, i cant reach anywhere else on me. i have trouble reaching the delts. im rather wide. i guess in theory i could hit my traps. i think the only thing for me to do is stop rotating bitches, lock on down, and train her on proper injection techniques.
HAHAHA...LMFAO!!, I wish I had someone to hit me!!! Train them girls! For years I have focused on my flexibility, so I am lucky in that regard that I can maneuver myself enough to pin my delts and lats. It's still makes me break a lil' sweat occasionally. You say the chest is alrite? Hmmm, always looking to expand!
dbolzI can pin glutes eod no probs depended how good the oils/solvents are ofc. I dont really get how you got pip on glutes. Maybe you pinned close to a nerve? If i was you i would get a longer needle and start pinning glutes they can take the most abuse/pip from all the bodyparts. Best wait 3-4 days for each site just to be on the safe side. Also if you get your technique right you wont get much pip from quads either. Delts i cant stand pinning them i get pip just from the needle going in there. Pecs are a good spot but would only do each once a week. You have gone the hard route i think.
right now im hitting each spot once every 8 days. chest is fine. delts go in like butter. never any pip. glutes holy shit. horrible. i got 1.5 inch pins special for it too. cant stand it. extreme pip for like 4 days. quads i heard are a good spot if you have good technique, but at the moment i have no technique, and cant really risk not having my legs at 100% developing good technique.
dbolzMaybe you need to go higher on the glutes and more towards the outside. Seriously mate glutes are a peace of cake, it has to be your technique thats wrong i am baffled by what you say. Legs stick to the far outside as well, there are 3 different areas in the quad you can pin. The top part is a no go zone doesnt absorb the juice well, then you got the outside and the far outside. The far outside even if you get pip you wont be crippled. I love pinning quads. Also for your technique, never dart enter as slow as possible slower than slow motion. Inject 0.1m count to 3-4 then inject 0.1ml more, when you are done retrieve the needle very slowly again no fast moves. Dont move at all when you pin and if in doubt retrieve the pin and pin elsewhere. You will get it right the more you practice. Lastly when you finish with emptying the barrel leave the needle there for 15-20secs and keep pushing the plunger this way no oil is going to come out. A good pin will take around 2mins never rush a pin.
