First cycle help please

hi peeps

looking at doin my first cycle

stats are
age 32
height 186
weight 196lb
16% body fat

proposed cycle is

250mg testosterone sustanton per week 10weeks
250mg deca per week 10 weeks
25mg proviron per day 11 weeks
dianabol 30mg per day for 4weeks

pct
week 12 clomid
day 1 300mg
day 2 - 11 100mg per day
day 12-21 50mg per day

am i goin in the right direction or completley missing the point
lookin to put on size 12 to 20 lbs hopefully
plenty of protein and milk thistle thrown in
have been training for 6yrs

so 500mg test e per week was gonna split monday and thursday
stick with proviron?

No need for proviron mate, the test will have your libido through the roof anyway during the cycle. Keep the proviron for your pct and use it maybe once or twice if you run into ed problems.

If I was you I would switch to test E and do 500mg -600mg pr week. Reason is if you have never pinned before you it would be nice to only pin twice a week vs EOD. Get your muscles used to pinning.

Scratch that mate not enough dosages and too many compounds.

Here is something much better

Week 1-12 Sustanon 125mg eod (m,w,f,s)
Week 1-15 Adex 0.25mg eod
Week 15-19 100/100/50/50 + 40/40/20/20

I would swap the sust to test e and pin 250mg e3.5d monday and thursday
Also never ever run 300mg clomid no matter what you read online!!
Leave the dbol and deca for your second and third cycles.

Would he really need both clomid and nolva for pct using only 500mg/wk of Test E?

If he wants to stay sterile and cover all corners i would say yes bro. Clomid is the most spermogenic of the two. Imo its a must for every pct. Nolva he should run anyway since it will boost his natty more so than clomid

how is nolva gonna increase t more then clomid.... nolva prevents the action of estrogen on breast tissue. clomid increases production of gonadotropins (FSH/LH) by inhibiting negative feedback on the hypothalamus. clomid acts as a competitive antagonist in the hypothalamus, so the body is like "there is so much estrogen floating around. NEED to increase test!!!" but the clomid doesn't actually cause any estrogen related side effects. so that is how natural test is rebooted after cycle.

Nolva increases natty test by 60-100%. You will be suprised to find that nolva is another form of trt. As is hcg. Clomid is mostly used in restart protocols for its spermogenic function again same as hcg. All those ancillaries can be used as a form of trt for anyone that doesnt want to pin. Read up more on nolva. Even raloxifene increases natty test by around 40%.

Bro think about it a sec, you pump test on you and you convert estrogen. If you pump a mild estrogen you wont convert any test? Those conversions go hand in hand. Nolva is a mild estrogen and as you say binds on the receptor hence it wont affect you as far as gyno goes. That doesnt mean that you wont convert any test while you running a mild estrogen. You also answered your question by yourself. Clomid doesnt have as much estrogenic sides hence you wont convert as much test.

to answer that question though, "If you pump a mild estrogen you wont convert any test?" the answer is NO. those conversions do not go hand in hand.
here is a basic flow chart of how sex hormones are converted into each-other in the human body.

there is no pathway in which an estrogen can be converted to test because an enzyme that does that DOES NOT EXIST in the body. aromatase enzyme converts test to estro though.

Your words not mine Body will always compensate either way. Check your own post and read it again. Keep in mind english is like my 3rd language even if i try to describe you what i mean is going to come across the wrong way. Anyway hope you get the point

And according to your chart which doesnt even include estrogen btw, progesterone will produce testorerone? Seriously..

the body will increase production of test by production of LH which stimulates the testes. you cant get test from estro (period).
and yes that chart is correct. progesterone CAN convert into test. it may take a few step (4, LOL) but yes TECHNICALLY it can happen. it may take 4 steps and have MANY other probable products, but IT CAN happen. i could show you the same chart out of my physiology text book from college.
