Just wanted to post a recent pic of my wife. She's been putting in the time with me and making good progress. Of course, the first thing she said about this pic was my biceps don't look that big. I told her she needs to spin around for a double front bicep shot! LOL ;-P

Nice Pat, my wife is also been going to the gym, down 25# and many inches...It is a real treat to have a partner & both be on the same page, regarding food & fitness goals. I may be a bit more deicated at this time, but you never know, she may take off. Pls give your wife my respect for her work.

AnonWill do. Yeah I am actually taking her to work back and bi's today! But yeah I will continue to train her no gear for her. I think she should wait. Stay in gym for a year or so first. Its nice to see pics of women on here. I am going to show my wife pic in a bit.
