Need the ladies help with protein

I've been trying to find a protein for my wife, but I find that it's hard to find protein that's not designed for men i.e. high in calories. So looking to the ladies of eroids for help. What protein do you use?

ON's Gold Standard is the best protein on the planet....bar none.
They don't have fancy bullshit labels like the con/scam artists such as BSN and Muscletech, but they do actually put legitimate protein in their cans.
AnonI use arbonne ready to go shakes. and ON gold standard for my shakes.. muscle milk in a pinch...
I use MuscleMilk brand too. They have good flavors (banana is my fav) and they are light.
