You have def flattened out.... just dont overload now is all.... just curious.. what is ur daily carbs yesterday and today and what about veggie intake?
phil113kgYesterday my carbs were probably around 100 g minus or add a few. Veggies were eliminated but I am eating 1/4 grapefruit with each meal. My protein was 350 g divided into 5 meals.
Let me ask u Phil.... when dieting down from 10% down what was your dieting approach? Did u use carb rotation? How much cardio etc. At the current moment I'm in the process of going below 10% and into single digits and am curios to the best way to manipulate diet to stop plateaus without sacrificing muscle.
phil113kgSorry for not getting with you in a timely fashion. To be frank with you shrapnel I didn't have a numero approach to when it came to the number of carbs to protein ratio. Sorry if that didn't help you. I noticed that when I got under ten percentage that fat started getting easier to burn. Yes I used clen at a low dose for two days and then used winny for two days at 50 mg and rotated that. The carbs were rotated like manner but changed as i got closer to ground zero. Three weeks out I started playing with that clen/winny rotation and it grew from two day intervals to three. To the point that they were ran together. Also my low carb days were getting longer and the highs/mediums were being slowly phased out till it got to the point that I had one medium carb load once a week just to push the metabolism beyond any plateaus. Also i was using a fat burner and ECA stack for extra measures to insure that the body got the signal to burn the shit out of fat. Plus I used extra fine virgin olive oil in all my meals to insure proper nutritional balance. So you see my process fit me cause it was designed for me by me to get the results I have now. What I did might not work for you. That is why you need to be aware of what is working and not.
i do half grapefruit at night. does the sugar content bother you..? and do u feel the fat burning effect is that great vs sugar ..???? just things i ponder myself.
good luck phil!!!...looks like you are going to peak just right!!!
Very very nice brother,,good symmetry and balance you are stage ready man!! go and enjoy yourself phil, live for the moment and dream about crap food after this thing is all over LOL
