looking for protien powder w/high calories

ad

I was wondering if anyone has a good protien powder with high cal that they have used. During the summer @ work it is very hard for me to stop and eat sometimes for 10hrs so I was looking to take a. Shake that had higher cal then usual. Thanks in advance for opinions

the higher calorie protein powder was a weight gainer and now you switched to a normal protein powder. You could continue using the new whey add in Peanut butter, oats, honey and whole fat milk to bulk up the calories (homemade weight gainers) or just add in extra meals through your day to make up for missed calories.

up your mass by mhp has good ingredients, but why dont you buy some instant oats an add some oil to your protein shakes `?

If you can it would be better to do it as 3 or more shakes. Its not like a gas tank you can just fill and use till its gone. Your body can only assimilate so much Protein, Carbs and fat at a time. The bigger less frequent meals will affect your metabolism, also those extra carbs the body can't use rite away will be stored as fat.

Good point I will just make it and drink it over a period of time while iam working

Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass Protein Gainer 12 lb has around 1200 calories per-serving, you can probably find it cheapest on ebay. I have used it, it doesnt taste to bad but you do have to shake the hell out of it in a shaker. Of course you dont have to get the 12lb-er but its the best price for buying in bulk. On a scale of 1-10 i'd give it about a 8, hope this helps.
