need some advice on leaning out after a cycle
What's up guys, I am 5'5 185 pds and prob 20% body fat, I have been training for ten years and pretty knowlegable about nutrition, I have been pretty slack this year up untill about two months ago and have turned somewhat into a fat @ss, I just started a 600mg test e and 300mg tren e weekly cycle, I would like to put on allitle mass then lean out for the summer, I have done about 8 cycles in the past and have been up to 205 pds and somewhere around 10% bodyfat, I just can't seem to get over the edge and get the six pack I've always wanted, I was thinking about taking some clen and t3 at the end of my cycle and throwing in some test prop to keep from losing my muscle, any advice would be much appreciated, thanks

Thanks for the input guys, as far as the carb cycling is that just adding a high carb day once a week or something, I remember reading something years ago about it but can't really remember exactly, I wouldent mind the interval training as I have seen a ripped older guy in the gym and that's all he does, my leanest times were when I ran everymorning on an empty stomach and lifted every almost every afternoon, and as far as the gyno goes I need to order something pronto, I have never had issues with it but reading all the threads up here is starting to worry me, I'm thinking about going with nextdaygear or someone in the us to get it faster seeing uk best is all out of anti estros, can I get away with just nolva or do I need to kick down and get the clomid to?
Imagine the feeling of well being if you nail this through nutrition manipulation and being able to think I DID THIS without having to resort to what are effectivly pre/contest compounds, IMO that is what i would aim to do bro,that bf is going to cloud any gains from this cycle and leave you wide open for some gyno issues,nail that diet down bro i know YOU KNOW its the right way
I know bro, my diet has been really good as of lately, I don't eat but around 25-50 carbs a day, but I haven't been doing cardio like I used to,
tread-mBrother at 20% you're not gettin it done and you know it. A guy with your experience and you come in at 20? Get back in the kitchen and find a new plan for this whole roll. You can run lean lean lean on the cycle with some good carb manipulation and get this together and hopefully you come out the other side with some extra muscle but right now my focus would be diet because you're getting lazy brother. You know I say it out of friendship, this is shit man with your background, no excuse for it period. Work the diet, work the cycle as you know how to do and then we talk carve you up a bit. Get to this or even Jennie Craig bout to ban that ass! Lol come on brother, you know what you gotta do here.
