Help on getting rid of water retention?!

Should I use arimadex or do cardio reduce sodium intake?
I needs lose it around my abdominal area so I can obtain visible abs do have a 4pack..
Just started tren ace test prop as well

Okay cool, its just the thing is i do get a gallon of water daily, but i dont know how much cardio to do of intensity wise cuz i dont have a high bf% or anything am lean looking so i dont wanna kill any gains, would 30min be okay 3-4 times a week? Some help would be good and i would do EOD arimaedex?
sgtstedankoDrink 2 gals. Watch sodium! Hard cardio (like sprinting for 20min w/military pushups, & mountain climbers at ea stop) 3 times per;& one day 45 min steady state hr cardio. Imo, adex everyday until its under control, then every other or so...
sgtstedankoDrink More water. Def keep track of sodium, Take Herbs like horse chestnut, & buchu. Drink Dandelion tea. Adex, & cardio, brother : )
A-dex works great to reduce water retention and you should never skip out on cardio. Cardio should be a part of your routine all year round.

I would lower your sodium intake and see if that helps before using adex unless you have gnyo symptoms
