Holy shit there is a guy that puts 315 on the squat track and does quarter squats I just laugh and shake my head he tells everyone he has small legs but strong tendons lmfao he oids 55 but has the body of a 12 year old boy
We have one in my gym that puts 455 on the bar, belt and knee wraps, yells out loud and does like 15-20% range of motion. AND THEN LEAVES THE WEIGHTS ON THE BAR. Does the same shit at every station he uses.
It's always the small guys pushing mad weight with no range of motion. Look around and you will see the big boys pushing moderate to havey weight, with freaken FULL RANGE OF MOTION.
