Hey, remember when we lived in Duluth Minn? You were on the leg press u had all the 100# plates, & u put all the 45's we could fit & then u put lil jimmy worman on the top, lol... seriously never seen quads that big before all my years in this game,they not just thick where we usually tape them are thick all the way to the knee,FUCKING AWESOME now you got me shouting.lol.

hahaha thanks V. its just the camera angle, but i pre-exhaust quads by doing heavy heavy leg extensions then i squat never usually going over 365 but i dont use wraps or a belt, i do alot of reps, then heavy leg presses, only 6-8 sets total for quads.. i see guys half my size who can squat more!!!!! hahaha but i would rather LOOK like i can squat 800 than not look it and actually do it!!! hahaha

that routine is similar to mine j gets a real deep burn but saves the back from snapping,its defo working for you,tend to attack all muscle groups that way now i have gotten over 30 hahahah Smile

always keep a little in reserve for the ladies lol.....

WORK!!! the SCARIEST!! four letter word!!, i lost almost 80 pounds !!! was 340 went down to 260 but was sooooo flat i came back to my current 290 ish , and am a lard ass compared to you but do actually have abs just far from striations, HAHAHAHA cant even type that without laughing but yesss small to med meals i eat 8-10 oz. chicken b, or 2 meals a day of lean red meat 8-10 oz and 1 med yam 6 times a day other two meals are 1 cup oatmeal w/whey isolate equalling 8 meals, my only prob is i cant eat it plain!!! salsa tobasco, low fat cheese ( a little) or 2 tblspns guaccomolly HAHAHAHA i NEED IT!!

actually my claves are better my quads need more sweep but when they are pumped if you take a pic bent over and angled down it makes them look "big" haha now if i can find a way to trick the cam to make me look 'ripped"!!
